In 1967, before they were the disco Bee Gees they’ll probably be remembered as, Robin and Barry Gibb wrote “To Love Somebody” for Otis Redding.  Redding died before he could record it so the Bee Gees released it.  It’s been covered by a ton of people (I vaguely remember the 1993 Michael Bolton version), but the song holds up and is pretty damn heartbreaking and fantastic.
